How long does it take?

It depends heavily on the package you're receiving, the size of the vehicle and overall state of cleanliness. We are not a car wash, we take our time on every detail ensuring a quality result every time.
Usually most details tend to run between 2 - 4 hours.

Do I have to drop my car off?

Nope! We come to you.

Are you by appointment only?

It's very rare we do same day bookings. Please make sure to book in advance so we can ensure quality workmanship and great customer service.

Do I have to be present for the entire time during the detail?

You don't need to be present throughout the entire process or even at all. We simply require access to your vehicle and adequate space to work.

Do you need anything to complete the job?

Yes, we just need your car keys. We have our own water & power supply.

Do you only take cash?

We accept cash, EFT & card payments. We have a card machine on site.

Do you do group washes?

Yes - we have enough water for 2 cars. We'll have to kindly ask to connect our hosepipe to your water supply if you would like us to wash more than 2 cars.
